recently purchased a home from Brent at Happy Hollow Lane
and could not be more satisfied with the result. I am in
the Marine Corps and had to do a quick PCS move from
California to Oklahoma. Due to the abruptness of the orders
I did not have much time to get in to a home. I was not
able to fly in ahead of my families departure so I did all
of my searching by internet. We looked at an endless
assortment of homes, but Brent's homes stood out among all
others. Not only did his homes have the stylish features my
family wanted, but the area is exactly what we were looking
for. Elgin is a great place to raise a family. To sum it
up, great schools, nice people, quiet life. The attention
to detail in the home we chose was a major factor in the
reason for purchasing it. We are very happy with our
granite counter tops, walk in closets, cathedral ceilings,
lowered energy bill, and beautiful easy to clean floors
(just to name a few things). If it wasn't for Brent's
excellent online profiles and pictures we might have missed
out on this buy. He has an eye for photographing his builds
which was a benefit to me due to the internet being my
primary means of search. When we arrived at the home what
we saw was exactly how it was portrayed in the pictures.
When we first contacted Brent and decided to pursue one of
his homes we found he was very personable and willing to
answer any and all questions we had. Every time we called
he would answer. He was willing to work with us and give us
a fair price. He made it so my family and I could
immediately occupy so we didn't have any time waiting
around in a hotel or searching for some other temporary
residence. As soon as we came in from California Brent met
us at our new home with his wife and family. He and his
wife Gina had all the necessary documents ready for us to
move in immediately. After just arriving in a new town we
were already set up to settle down in a new home. This
would not have been possible if it wasn't for Brent's
willingness to work for us. From here we had to still close
on the home. Brent was incredibly helpful throughout this
process and even after. I believe he went beyond what was
expected of him. Taking in to account the high quality of
Brent's homes, considering the statistical growth of Elgin
in the past several years, and the potential for growth in
the future I feel we made a very smart buy. I highly
recommend Brent and all of his listed homes. He cares about
his reputation and will ensure that you are getting a
quality home at a fair price.
